2 king sized beds in room - very luxurious. convenient car park at back and within easy walking distance of the beach and the gorgeous Art Deco town centre. Apples at the reception desk.
An impressive building in an impressive location. Excellent facilities in the room and a great view from the window.
The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing in terms of the range of food on offer. A better option was to order a freshly cooked dish such as eggs benedict (very good) but this costs extra of course.
The staff was very helpfull and always friendly.
Comfortable, spacious modern room overlooking sea, surprisingly quiet at night given proximity to main road and beach
UHT milk in the room,it makes tea or coffee taste awfull, its vile stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!
the shower was great, the view wasgood
I could not set the air conditioner below 16C, but the window could be opened
we were very impressed with the young staff employed at your hotel. They were polite, friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hotel was well maintained and our stay very happy experience. we would have liked to have stayed longer. The restaurant was impressive with great service. Our cleaner was polite and pleasant and did a great job.
One particular staff member was cool, distant and impersonal. I never thought to ask for a room that was not an adjoining room. We did have issue with the transfer of noise and light between the rooms.
The location was great with a super view. It was clean and tidy and I liked the eco stance that was taken with it (eg recycling and aving of water notes around the room)
We were just going to order a room but opted for one of your packaged deals at an extra cost ($199.00). Upon arrival we had to ask for these items - eg the wine tour vouchers. When we arrived at the winery the guy working there knew nothing about it - he did however put on a great tour for us. We also had to ask for our free gift at the end.
I asked for a very nice room and I think we got the best one (601). Stunning views, very quiet, clean, modern, excellent accom, great location - and plenty of parking. Would definitely return and will also recommend to friends. Wish we could have stayed longer !!
We were on a golfing trip with six friends, the tour operator booked us in for two nights so we did not know anything about the hotel. We were staying longer than some of the group so booked through you for two extra nights. We were extremely happy that we decided to stay on rather than book a different hotel. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean, comfortable, high ceilings made such a difference to the feel of the room. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, no request was too difficult. The restaurant was nice and once again staff great. Would recommend anyone going to Napier stay there.
As I was on my own I enjoyed the Luxury of the unit, the scenery from my window which was wonderful and the location into the town. The room was very clean, the bathroom products were very nice and the staff very welcoming. I would come back again.
Brilliant service, superb location. Probably our favourite hotel in New Zealand so far.
Staff were friendly and helpfull, bed comfortable, room generous in size, bathroom well appointed, and the location was excellent for our purpose: the art deco festival.
There was nothing to dislike
Very professional staff. Rooms were very spacious and had good layout and very modern and sylish. Very good natural lighting. Good parking. Close to everything. Great views and opening window was great. Good air conditioning. Basically a great hotel for the price.
Nothing really. A microwave and toaster would have been useful.
Well located hotel with an ocean view, and the beach across the street, but also close to the shopping district and some neat Art Deco buildings. Interesting modern design.
We were arriving in Napier on an early flight and requested an early check in, which they made available on the day. We really appreciated that.
