The only good think about this hotel was the good location.
It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Everything is old, dirty and stinking inside the room and also the rest of the hotel. The hotel needs a capital rehabilitation. Don't expect to find not even a toilet brush inside of the bathroom. The isolation of the hotel is horrible so it's difficult to sleep because of the noise since it is situated on a high traffic street. The breakfast is the same each day and the only meat is the fish.
Comfortable hotel with rooms being upgraded in an excellent location in Tel Aviv for a tourist or for business, shopping and the beach.
No - because I had not chosen a 4 or 5 star hotel
Failure on wake-up call resulted in missing our flight
Desk staff were polite and helpful. Location is near beach which is great. Room nice and large.
No or luke warm hot water, Had to fill up bath using hot water from kettle. Internet did not work in my room. Had to sit in hallway near lift. Many other people using facilities as synagogue on 2nd floor. Was verbally harassed in lift by a visitor to the hotel.
Location (close to the beach and to the downtown), the area, staff very helpful, free internet, spacious rooms, excellent view (especially on the higher floors).
Nothing in particular, maybe rooms will need some refurbishment in the future.
Central situation of hotel .
Unhappy about way hotel booked taxi for me to airport .Journey cost excessive amount , was not metered and hotel receptionist was given a free lift home at the same time ,!!!
big room, big windows, nice view over the city and sea
need renovation, wi-fi did not work so good
Location and staff very helpful
General cleanliness of the hotel, not particularly the room, but the lobby smell was awful
Very decent hotel with a very good value for money.Good location, nice staff, good breakfast. Rooms a bit old and run down but fine if your just there to sleep and shower.
The hotel is very good located. Easy to get there with bus or taxi. Our room was on the 9th floor, with a nice view over the city and the sea. The stuff was helpfull. The breakfast was ok, tea, coffe and food (chees, vegetables, , fish, sweets) so you can make your choice of your taste. I missed the hummus, but was ok.
There was a problem with the air conditioner. It made terrible laud noices...We switched it off during the night, so we was able to sleep...but the then room become warm. However the hotel stuff tried to fix it...with success...after the 3rd try.
Good position, close to the center of the city and the beach, very good breakfast, helpful and nice staff. Clean according to middle east standards. Rooms at higher floors have a beautiful view over Tel Aviv and the sea. I would choose to stay there again.
The furniture is pretty old and the dusty windows give a bit of unconfortable feeling.
The location is good and the staff were helpful and for Tel Aviv, the price was ok
Everything is very worn, the carpets are stained and the beds are uncomfortable. The hotel badly needs renovating
Location is very good! Ben Yehuda is one of the best streets in Tel Aviv, is central and is not noisy at night. And you are only 3 blocs from the beach.
The hotel was terribly dirty. So dirty that I could not enjoy the wonderful view because of the most dirty windows I ever seen. The Internet was super slow, the carpets were also dirty and the bed extremly uncomfortable. Even though Tel Aviv is expensive, for 100 dollars I was not expecting this ...
Breakfast is very good, various kinds of salads, cheese and fish. The room (double) is rather spacious and clean. Not far from the sea, about 5-7 minutes by walk Have a stop here for a second time.
WI-FI is very good but not in every room. As we hadn't hot water in the first room we had to change it to another one next door. But in our second room WI-FI was abcent. We should go in the hall or into the lobby to get access to the Internet. Poor noise insulation.
Good location, excellent service, good value. Thanks!
