Nothing - actaully when I arrived at the hotel with my daughter I was met by the reception staff, who just said you can park your car and she did not even helped me taking my laggauge to teh room and to make it worse, she just gave the key to me and asked to to go straight and turn right for Room 255, me and my daughter who was half sleep, went looking for the room, and accidently we went to some building - really not happy
We stayed at the Hotel some 8 years ago and remembered the closeness to the airport and the free shuttle. The hotels facilities, friendliness, pool and rooms are better than the tarrif. My wife enjoyed a full body massage at the spa, while I enjoyed the lovely pool. If someone is looking for better than price accommodation this hotel is good value. The staff was very friendly and the food was good.

on check in reception couldn't find my booking then charged me to use the Internet to retrieve my booking number which they had lost. I booked a family room but was given a double, when i raised my concerns the rude lady on reception raised her voice at me and said they do not take Internet bookings for the family room which was clearly stated in my booking confirmation. She then lied and said the room was booked out but was empty my whole stay. it was frustrating to walk past the refirb rooms to my old 1980s style room with the naked picture of a women on the wall. The a/c was so load that i had to turn it off, the shower leaked every where and it took a whole day to get fresh towels. Will never stay again !!!!!!!!
I loved where it is situated, handy to everything. Friendly and very helpful staff. Fiji is a beautiful country and I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone. Norma Bell
I would like to see better facilities for the disabled. I am one and would have liked more accessible toilet and shower access.
Absolutely nothing! Just a advise to the hotel owner.If you truly think you are providing a service in the tourism industry, please at least improve on the basic things expected by a tourist staying over in a hotel.The hotel needs improvement in all arears starting from customer relationship management to maintaining cleanliness, etc.
-The receptionist was very rude-there was no proper salutation by her or any staff there. When we went to check in, she neither gave us any room keys nor told us a room number.she just told us to go straight and turn right to find our room.she later showed us our room but talked very rudely. -The staff were not friendly -the room was smelly and bedsheet looked dirty -the room had no bathroom mat -at about 6pm, cockroaches swarmed around the room. It went inside our bags.we had to throughly clean our bags in the morning -they couldn't even provide tea bags when requested for and told us to drink coffee instead -the wall of the hand basin had dark scum deposits.it looked so filthy. -It felt like there were bed bugs biting me when I went to sleep -coudn't wait for the night to end so we could get out of that place. -Not even a kind farewell. The least we expected for them to say was 'Goodbye' or 'Thanks'. But Noo, the receptionist just waited for us to make the payment. -This was the most Horrible place we have ever been to. -Not recommending anyone to ever make advance booking in this hotel.
Relaxed, great entertainment on the weekend,very polite staff. Bus stop at the door for city shopping, huge supermarket, cafe,bakery next door I found this out after carry bags of groceries on the bus from town. Nice gardens and pool area. Good prices at the bar.
We only stayed here one night after island hopping and before flying out early. The hotel room was quite big and clean. There was the odd cockroach but that, in my opinion, is to be expected. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport which is great.

We checked in as a couple and were provided only one towel. We requested for a secound one that never arrived. The checkin time needs to be earlier as I turned up at 1.30pm and the room wasn't ready. Please discuss this with your cleaners as an early checkin would add value to your business without additional cost.I Hope you take this in a positive manner.

Wonderful people who did everything they could to make my stay a happy one. They have a great menu at very good prices and a cosy bar, with live music on Friday and Saturday night. And a nice clean pool.
The place is getting a bit aged, but if you don't want or can't afford 5 star luxury, it's a good choice.
The newly upgraded De,luxe rooms with balcony ,overlooking the pool are good value for money. The breakfast included in the price is also adaquate. We would not advocate a long stay huliday here but we are happy as a stop over and a short break stay. The menu at the resteraunt is very basic but there are several opportunities for good eating near by.
I was looking for a hotel in which to overnight before flying out early morning. It was the briefest of stays. Checking in mid evening I appreciated being able to get a meal in the hotel itself. Good quality for a budget traveler. Appreciated the hotel providing a taxi to catch my early morning flight. I did not have to ask for it.
Garden and pool is nice
Internet was not working, receptionist was not interested in the proble ("sometimes this happens") First time during many years, I have used Booked.net Capricorn hotel did NOT find my booking, which I Made about 8 Jan 2012 There was no pickup from the airport, I was the last visitor staying and waiting for pickup. Finally a competitor took me to Capricorn, many thanks I do not know the name
the actual room which was booked as shown on site was not available on our arrival, they given us low grade room and never told us about that , when we noticed room , it was not one we booked , on asking about room we originally booked, they said it has been given to other customer. question is how they can rebook room which has been already booked by us, without notifying us in advance. To me it is fraud, offence as well. could be reportable to Australian consummer affairs. please get back to me about this.
